"We agreed to trim my hair for 2 inches, instead the hairdresser cut off almost 8, I don’t feel like myself anymore, that’s awful. Also the lady was pulling my hair like I’m some cashmere goat and banging my head with a blow dryer. I’m very upset and stressed, definitely won’t recommend going there."

"I’m really really upset by my experience here today. I would have emailed the salon directly rather than posting a review on here, but there is no email address listed and I do not use social media. I was booked in for a cut and blow dry at 6:30 on Tuesday evening (today) and when I arrived on time I was told that I was only booked in for a wash and cut and that they were closing at 7. There was no apology for the mistake. I was then coughed and spluttered all over (without apology) throughout the 20 minutes I was there. I wasn’t offered a discount for the booking error and having to go home with unstyled, undried hair. I just hope I don’t catch whatever the hairdresser has because I don’t want to be ill over Christmas. The hairdresser was clearly not well enough to be at work and just wanted to go home. I’ve now dried my own hair and am not happy with the results. Won’t be going there again."

"Been coming here since I was 15. The girls are great! Carly is who I mainly see who does massages and she is amazing!! Would recommend her in a heart beat I see her at least once a month. She listens to any concerns or worries about the body thn gives u advice to help you!. Amy is an amazing hair dresser who I go but all the girls are amazing and Beth is a amazing lady who does waxing , nails ect all a great team and very welcoming"

"Took my daughter for her first + second hair cut.She is 20 months. They were brilliant with her, made her feel comfortable, gave her the space to settle into the environment and made it fun. The tractor chair certainly helped! I struggled to get her back out! A lovely local salon. I also have separately had waxing done here and the therapist is brilliant. Painful, great attention to detail and a very lovely person to spend time chatting with. Also very Covid secure."
