"I am extremely Disgusted and Disappointed with my experience at my last appointment on Monday in this shop. I left feeling belittled after my practioner called me a "Big Baby" when through sensitivity I reacted to the pain she was inflicting and then I felt pressured in paying after 80% of my hair remained on my legs and was told that nothing could be done about this. Sadly very bad service to someone just new to this kind of service industry..."
