"Terrible customer service! EXTREMELY RUDE! staff, they tried to make me feel terrible because of my circumstances and all this was just trying to book an appointment! Needless to say I canceled and took my animal into a more understanding and friendly vets. I would not spend my money on this company, I would recommend finding a indipendant vets that understand people and care about the owners as well as the animals. I will not be booking my animals into a vets4pets again but this particulour experience was with the Oldham branch."

The consultation was free as part of the monthly pet care subscription I pay and then I got a discount on the medication too. Very happy overall."

"I had to make a very tough, yet right decision for my beautiful 19 year old girl, Tammy yesterday. On ringing the Vets, they fitted Tammy in at short notice and were very accommodating and caring. Not only did we get offered a consultation room for privacy on arrival but the Vet (Miriam) was extremely patient, calm and kind. A very difficult time but a huge thank you for everything yesterday."
