"Awful customer service thank god I didn’t go ahead to book in. Called to ask how much highlights with a toner would be and she told me “ why don’t you go back to the person who done it before “ SHOCKING. Turning customers away with a horrible attitude. Glad I didn’t even let these unprofessional people touch my hair with an attitude like that. Disgusting!"

"Such a warm & welcoming place. My experience was pretty amazing. My hair previously had washed out from my old balayage as it hadn’t been touched for a year. Came here to get it all re-done and i was amazed at how my hair turned out. It was literally like magic, the way it all blended in, and i thought i’d be in the salon all day as other places i’ve been kept for 6+ hours but i was done within 2 hours. Never had my hair done so efficiently & and as good as it turned out. Would definitely recommend. All the ladies are so lovely here!"

"The ladies in there are so amazing! She spent all day with me to make sure I walked out happy and my god did I! They made sure to ask me all the questions as to what I wanted and really listened to me. They also did everything they could not to damage my hair too! The woman who did my full head of highlights and toner was under a lot of stress too due to some personal issues and she has a massive leak in her salon space so to do such a good job under that much pressure was so amazing! Thank you so much and I’ll be sure to go back again, worth every penny!"
