"Booked an appointment in advance and checked a couple of times if the date and time was okay, including the morning of. Arrived and I was told the hairdresser had left :( I didn’t find out until I called and there was no other person to do my hair. Very annoying as I was flying out the next day for my birthday and couldn’t reschedule"

"Came across this salon through a Google search and thought I'd give it a try. My twists were rushed and messily done. The girls doing my hair were discussing with each other how they wanted to get the twists done as quickly as possible so they could go home, and it shows. Sections are too big so the result is a lack of volume. My natural hair sticks out in most of the twists. Curls afterwards weren't nicely done. Doesn't look anything like what I asked for. Definitely not worth £60, could have done a better job myself. On the plus side the salon was clean. Won't be returning"

"I visited this hair salon today, and showed Rachel the style that I wanted my hair braided in, and she did not disappoint. After washing and blow drying my hair, which I had also asked her to do. She proceeded to braid my hair. She was polite, friendly and humble. Her work is very neat and tidy. And her prices are excellent for what you get. I was looking for someone to braid my hair, and came across her salon online. I'd looked at a few salons on that day, but something drew me to Rachel's. And im so glad that I chose her salon, I was not disappointed and will definitely be returning to get my hair done again."
