"I use to be such a regular customer & come almost every month before lockdown. I’ve travelled down today because I knew I always have the best experience here. However today was different. I was left in tears after sevim was done with my hair. I came for a trim, rather than using scissors and lining my hair up properly for a even straight cut she just brushed my hair back and free handed a very uneven cut with my front hair being longer than the zigzag cut in the back. Underneath was shorted then the top layer because she didn’t part my hair the professional way to cut it. Half way through blow drying my hair when she realised how uneven it was she decided to grab scissors and cut it dry which made my ends go frizzy and weird. The uneven she tried to fix became worse. It looked like a upside down L shape which I pointed out. She just cut it diagonal to hide it which didn’t help. After seeing the frizz the dry cut was causing I told her stop dry cutting your errors as it’s damaging my hair, she tried to continue and I had to tell her stop. Overall I’ve had the worst haircut in my life! I was left in tears. I will never come back unless gamzy/ Maria was to return as they did it to a professional standard. I was looking on Treatwell and I left a review 2 years ago talking about how amazing the beauty bar is. It’s such a shame the standards have dropped majorly! Now I’m going from there straight to another hair salon to fix her horrid haircut. Never again. It was traumatising!! And I’m genuinely so upset I even paid for such a horrid service, she was unapologetic then proceeded to say it’s my hair. But I’ve never had that issue my whole life as my hair is quite soft. So I’m confused how only she had a issue with my hair after I pointed out her major errors.abit of sympathy would of gone a long way! Now I need to find a new local as this place just isn’t the same anymore"

"I always have a good wax service when I go here. I go to the same lady each time and I always have a good experience with her. She is professional, friendly and always on time and she always does a good job. I have been going here since this year and look forward to my monthly treatments with her."

"Tidy and well organized. I went to apply nails gel, booked for the price of £15, but I was charged £20 after the application, the quality of the service given not as good as expected, I would rather do my nails at home than waste money unnecessarily. Plus the stuff who did my nails very unfriendly."
