"I ordered hair for my wedding in May. It took so long to come it came after my wedding so I returned it. After 6 months I still haven’t received my refund after back and forth email communication with them promising to give me my money. What really tops it off is that they asked me for my bank details over email so it seems like there is some scamming going on. WARNING: DO NOT BUY HAIR FROM THEM!!"

"This review is longgg overdue. Had a leave out scheduled earlier this year and was so excited for it as i just moved to London and was looking for a trusted hairstylist. Saw on instagram they had a good following. I got there and waited TWO HOURS. I didn't get an apology or explanation. It was an alright install, hence the three stars but definitely not worth waiting that long with no explanation or apology - was late to my eyelash appointment because of them and ended up having to pay a late fee for that. Wouldn't recommend unless you have instagram clout honestly, customer service is lacking here. You can find a salon that respects your time and money elsewhere, i definitely did after this and never came back."

"I was told about the impressive quality about BR hair and decided to order this for my wedding day. However what I experienced was terrible. I decided to place the order in advance due to acknowledging the changes. I did not receive a tracking number so i contacted the email provided on the website and it took up to 5 days to get an email back confirming that they have received my order and to check my emails. I still was not sent the a tracking number however a company known as Parcel 2 go messaged me about an estimated time of 27th April. I contacted BR when the 27th April arrived and my hair was still not presence. I then called the company and after several rings this was answered. They apologised and stated they would send the hair via royal mail. This hair then arrived and it was wrong a day before my wedding. I ordered 3x 20 inches and what I received was 3x 18inches. As you can tell from the pictures also the weft is actually not what i expected at all for the amount I spent. I have now sent 4 emails asking for a refund of the hair difference and compensation due to loosing money with the hair stylist and it being for a life event. No one has replied the only time someone replied was when I stated the hair was wrong and they immediately sent DPD for collection which i sent away. There was no guarantee that the hair money was going to be returned and this is what i am experiencing. The pictures attached show the absolute appalling and disappointing service that I have received. The emails states to allow up to 3/4days response and I have not heard anything beyond this time. The cost of this hair is very high and I would have expected the customer service to match this although this is not what I have received. I was told by an employee that the company is a small business and I should allow some time for the reply. However why am I still being ignored after a few days of me calling and emailing the company. If more proof is needed you can contact me via email. I haven't used the hair. I need this to be sorted. I require a refund and compensation. If I could give it half a star I would"
