"My mum gets her hair regularly there and this time the lady over charge her just to have thicker highlights My mum was 6 hours there she is sick and ther excuse was because her roots were grown ? I can’t believe this service absolutely ridiculous they should be more organised and more professional and for loyal clients shouldnt over charge what they always have ? Unless they want different hair styles my mum sticks with only half head highlights which is £60 and they charge extra ! When she only pays £115 all together for toner and cut but charge her £160 ? Now tell me is this fair ? If you have price list stick to same price and we spoke on the phone and it was confirmed she pays £115 and today she went and charge her £160 ? She paid (half head is £60) which includes toner , haircut all together £115 and now she didn’t even mention on the phone or person if they at least changed price or it’s the same ?"
