We have always found the team to accommodate days or times as much as possible. We have had one issue, possibly related to new cutting machinery, but this was rectified the same day at no extra cost. "Brilliant as always. Ordered on Tuesday and they were delivered on time this morning as agreed. Very friendly driver and service all round. I have to say that I am very impressed with new log cutter that they seem to have this year. The square cut logs are easy to handle and stack and will fit our small inset Contura 4 log burner just perfectly. By using these logs to heat our bungalow over last winter, we managed to only need the central heating on for an hour a day first thing in the morning and we look forward to doing the same next winter.
