"I feel sorry that I have to write this review because I’m not unhappy with my nails but the service is unacceptable. Firstly, they’re rude right when you walk in the door, practically yelling at you. Secondly, the entire time you’re there, you feel like you’re inconveniencing them and annoying them just by being there. My cousin’s pedicure was suppose to be 1hr long according to their website and Lily (who did his) spent 20 minutes and I’m not even kidding. She was nice to him though and brought us both tea, but a 20 minute (supposed to be an hour long) pedicure is unacceptable. Tony who did mine actually did a great job, though he rushed a bit, i think my nails look great which is why I’m not just giving 2 stars. Not only that, they tried to charge me for what I already paid online. Save you’re money and time and go elsewhere."

"I feel sorry that I have to write down this review because I like their service. However, it is really upsetting about the quality of the manicures have done on my hand. I think my manicurist is quite new, and he was not quite familiar with all the precess… I appreciate the hardworking but my finger keep bleeding afterward. The gel is uneven, i can tell the surface is not smooth. Nevertheless, I feel like my middle finger is not coated with top coat…. It is upsetting because today is my birthday, and I want everything to be perfect. But I feel this is just unprofessional. I appreciated the service but not the quality…"

"This was one of the most pleasant pedicures I've ever had. The salon was so busy when I came, so I recommend scheduling an appointment, especially if you want to go around happy hour. I'm writing this review three weeks after my pedicure and my feet still look great. Will surely be back!"
