Went upstairs for a manicure after with a different girl that didn't even speak to me or polish my nails. Didn't even want to ask her at the end she was so cold."

"Disappointing first time experience but please note, I didn't actually use their services. More about the lack of communication as I booked eyebrow threading for 9am on Saturday and receive a call at 8:40am saying the woman doesn't start until 10am? She did offer me waxing but I can't do that.. disappointing that nothing else was offered and had I known I couldn't get it done at 9am, I would have sought elsewhere. Super disappointing."
