"Despite the polite and pleasant staff, I was not satisfied with the service. The alignment of the nail plate is not done, so the coating looks very uneven. On some nails, the gel remained on the cuticle. Also, pedicure is not hardware and not even combined, and in my opinion, this technology cannot give an ideal, neat result. The whole pedicure looks like it was done at home. A bit upset for the money spent."

"A few reviews here reference the rude staff but they're Eastern European so don't have the same rules around small talk as British people. The lady who did my nails was definitely pretty brusque but the quality of the nail art was pretty great so I didn't mind. The other staff there couldn't have been nicer, they made me a tea, brought me water and let me charge my phone. Only thing I'd add is they could maybe do what other nail art places do and ask customers to send in reference pics prior to their appointments so they're prepared. My nail artist was under a lot of pressure to complete the work in time before her next appointment so I ended up changing the design I asked for as I felt bad for her."
