"The therapist didn't turn on the heater or warm her hands despite my shivering and complaints for the first 20 minutes of the session. Did not seem trained and did not ask about problem areas or preferred intensity of massage. She wiped me down with a wet towel after for some reason, so then I was damp and cold. Eyebrow threading was more painful than a wax. Really nice staff who are trying their best but not a great actual spa experience."
