"I have been fortunate enough to have been going to Giovanni since my early teens and am now in my 50's. I have always enjoyed my experience at the salon and always had a fantastic haircut which was often admired by people who asked who styled my hair. Unfortunately this year I was diagnosed with breast cancer and I have lost my hair through chemo. I have given a fabulous wig by Barts in a colour and style very similar to how my hair was but I felt it was missing John's professional touch. John has personalised and carefully cut my wig just as he did my own hair. He did it with such sensitivity and care he has given me back my confidence. I left the salon with my head held high without hiding under a hat and I felt really good for the first time in many weeks. John said I could go back anytime if I wanted anything else done and in a few weeks I am planning a trim just for a further change.
