"Would not recommend using this place for a wax. Had the worst Brazilian wax I have ever had. The wax stylist used kitchen scissors to remove hardened wax that had bonded to me. I didn’t even let her finish the wax (she only did the front). I left with hairs still in tact and I was also charged full price of £35 with no offer of a discount, even though she could see that it was poorly done. The wax almost lasted an hour due to the difficulties during this. Steer clear."

"I went to get my eyebrows waxed and it was a good service. However the store is never open at according to its opening hours, I have been trying to get another appointment but it’s never open and no one picks up the phone when you call."

"Love Mariam she is an expert at eyebrows tinting and shaping any eyebrows. Definitely recommend. Had my eyebrows tattooed but the colour did not take very well it is very patchy, Mariam has promised to redo those parts so am waiting for an update."
