"Went to get my hair cut into a choppy bob but the stylist didn't understand my hair (which is quite thick) and cut it really badly. Mainly using thinning shears instead of adding texture to the ends and I left the salon almost in tears with ruined hair. Didn't even offer a discount for unhappy customers. Absolutely shocking and I will never return."
