"Worst ever experience with eyelash extensions! So much glue was used, they are clumpy, heavy and causing pain which if applied correctly and with a decent glue shouldn’t! I have been getting lashes for years never had this issue. I wasn’t going to write a review but I messaged the salon directly and received this back “It’s up to you if you wish to leave a negative review - the girls would help you either way. We work hard at our jobs and would of sorted them for you”. That is not a response you expect from a business, you don’t tell a customer who has had a bad experience you work hard at your jobs and you would’ve sorted it and you don’t say do what you want in other words. It’s clear there is no care for your customers/clients, it’s all about the money. People come to you for their appearance, that’s a clear indication they want to leave looking better than they went in, I look a state."
