Been going to them for my hair cuts and treatments for over 5 years and they always take the time and care in giving me the best experience. Very lovely women, always chatty and always offer me a beverage whilst I’m visiting. CJ is the one who usually does my hair but I’ve had all 3 women cut my hair and they always ask me my opinion and advise me on what’s the best step going forward if I’m wanting to change things up. They all do an amazing job in making me feel welcomed and satisfied with the services. Also on a side note, they also do my mums and little sisters hair, and always do a great job in making them feel confident and beautiful young women. "Very upsetting, took my daughter for a haircut and called them in advance to find out the price for pedicure, thinking that I will do my treatment while waiting. I was told one price on the phone, after my treatment I was asked £5 more. I pointed this out, thinking that it was a misunderstanding, but most members of staff made me feel that I am a l liar, 5 pound this days will not take you far, but to loose they dignity over this is very unprofessional and dishonest. No professional pedicure chair, instrument were taking from same box ( no sterilizing solution ) Never again! On the positive note, Lady who cut my daughters hair was very nice, we love her haircut."
