"This salon double dips whilst waxing which is a huge no no. I raised this in my Treatwell review and instead of apologising or taking responsibility, the response was that they do not double dip. The waxer also used both strip wax and hard wax which I had never experienced before. The beauty room could also have definitely done with a thorough cleaning. Would not recommend unfortunately"
