"It was way too awful yet I was charged more than I was told at first. The colour was totally mess, I pointed it out but was told that it should have been fine after leaving it for a while. Even 1 hour later still 3 colours on head then he started to say my hair was strange, the previous hair dresser messed it, and eventually "Who cares about back?" The cut was more disaster. He didn't even ask what style I wanted and started to cut. He was in hurry and my hair was absolutely mess. It was as if I cut by myself or a child cut it. I was totally shocked when he showed my back by mirror. He noticed it, tried to fix it by blow dry but too late. When my family saw the hair, they were more angry than me and said I shouldn't have paid for this horrible work. This is the photo just after I came back from the salon. You can't see but the top and edge of hair colours are totally different too, top is reddish and edge is blueish, and the back is very dark."
