"Personally I don’t write reviews but In this case I will make an exception. I pre booked more than a month in advance and prepaid for Hair and Makeup. THREE HOURS before the appointment they refund me the money and cancel my appointment without any sufficient notice and any reason. I tried calling them couple of times but no response. I had an important party to attend that day therefore I had to pay double the money to find someone to assist me last minute. They didn’t offer any compensation or anything for the inconvenience I had. What’s is more annoying is that they didn’t even try to call me at all to explain what’s the reason or to make me aware. I only received an email that my refund is being issued.Honestly, I’m not sure how they received all this great reviews. This place shouldn’t be on treatwell at all. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone and before you make any booking try to ring and see if they actually answer your calls."

"I came to do Microblading ( and fix a poorly done job I had somewhere else). Eman ( I apologise if this is spelled incorrectly and please type the correct name!) draw the draft with great care. I was terrified of having again some crooked brows and I bombarded her with questions. She was patient the whole time, she asked me to go back to check during the healing to make sure we got the results I wanted. I have stubborn thick skin and the ink usually doesn’t stick well but it’s been around 5 months now, brows are so natural no one realised they are tattooed , and I stopped using make up. There is no need to draw them. They are perfect the way they are. Price is absolutely reasonable."

"I have had 6 appointments here and, with one exception, every one has been cancelled and rescheduled without anyone checking with me whether or not I could make the new time. I've brought this up a few times with staff, and when I booked this time, I left a message on the booking system asking someone to call me and check my availability if they needed to reschedule. Just before I was due to leave home I received a text saying the appointment had been changed. I rescheduled my work around this and turned up at the new time. I am 36 weeks pregnant and it took me 30 minutes to walk there, uphill, which is a considerable effort. When I arrived I asked Emman why she hadn't called to check the new time was OK with me, since we'd spoken about it numerous times. She said she called and couldn't get through - but I hadn't received any call from her. After discussing this further, she asked, 'what do you want me to do in future?' I said, nothing because this is the last time I'm coming here, and she then flat out refused to give me the treatment I'd booked. When I asked why, she said that I'd insulted her. I asked her how I'd insulted her and she said because I didn't believe that she'd tried to call and that I should check my phone. Which I did. I had no missed call from her and I showed her to which she said 'I didn't call' but continued to say I'd insulted her. She then literally forced me to leave the salon, without my treatment and having to walk the 30 minutes home whilst heavily pregnant. I can see from the reviews on here that I'm not the only person who's had this type of experience. I'm fuming. I would never say to someone not to go there, but I would definitely warn you that you should expect your appointments to be constantly cancelled and for Emman to be incredibly rude to you if you dare to question it. I feel totally disrespected and lied to."
