"Terrible customer service- staff need to be trained. My daughter booked an appointment with a specific therapist, when came in for appointment they made me wait half an hour only to tell me the therapist is not working today and they booked me with someone completely different. The lady did not know how to even do a facial, she started of with applying oil on my face and massaging all the dirt.. disgusting.. i did tell i was unhappy, they offered no compensation or anything. if your going to offer high prices at least make sure your customer service is worth it and your staff know what they're doing, im surprised how this salon is still open clearly a lot of customers are unhappy as you can tell from reviews."

"I thought about writing this review for a very long time. I decided to write it because I'm still as upset about the outcome as I was when I left the salon. I had lash lift and tint done there. It looked nice inside and staff was friendly too. I've asked the beautician if she does it for long time, she said yes for x years. I thought I was in a good hands... when she finished, it was time to look in the mirror. While one of my eyes was done just perfectly, the lashes on the other eye laid backwards on my eye lid. I've asked if she used the same sizes because it wasn't possible to have great outcome on 1 eye and destroyed lashes on the other. She said the lashes need 3 days to settle. Well guess what....3 weeks after and my lashes are still broken, bended backwards (not as much but still) it's clearly visible. Putting mascara on that eye is impossible because the lashes are so back and the tint came off on my middle lashes on that eye. Also with the tint, they'll do it just on the top of your lashes,not the bottom ones... And I was still charged £65 even though I complained. They offered to redo it but I'm too scared to go there again to have even worse outcome (if possible actually)..."

"I had a pedicure with a lovely lady. The pedicure was great but the chair was broken and did not recline, so not as relaxing as it should have been. Also the staff started hoovering upstairs at one point! I really should have not stayed because of the chair so would not go back again. Salon needs updating as quite tatty downstairs as it's not cheap."

"I was told by a staff that the person who was going to do my facial is very good otherwise she wouldn’t be working there. Well..my facial experience wasn’t what I expected...one of the thing that shocked me was when the beautician did extraction without steaming my face first...it did hurt and even though I said it hurts she continued the extraction. From that I was left with the top layer of skin damaged and peeling off...would I go again? No !!!"

"I visited this place 2 years ago, to get my Eyebrow done I entered and in the centre there was an old man getting his Eyebrow done so the women (huge in size with pink puffy cheeks and smashed up eye makeup) raised her voice as me saying what do you want? I told I wanted to get my Eyebrow threaded and shaped he said that they don't provide that service, when clearly on their website it says they do and also by the front do is the price list also. I also read on the same year how this salon was on the papers complaining how they don't get business, well if only they knew a moose is only good for milking."
