"what a waste of my time. attended the salon to make an appointment and was surprised and slightly concerned to be offered any time or date that i wanted... got a patch test and made an appointment for the following week after discussing my requirements. attended today, so excited for my new look, only to find that she didn't remember me and didn't have the colours as we had discussed!! was then forced to look for another salon who could do my hair. I had taken time off for this appointment!"
