I've been to the salon few times now, my hairdresser -Adrianna is amazing, skillful woman who is always dedicated to her job. I've got very icy platinum hair and she always takes care of them in the best possible way, as I'm very sensitive when it comes to my hair. She always tries her best and puts lot of effort to make my hair look beautiful. I've also been using Headhunters services for eyelash extension, as I've had very long break from eyelash extensions I've been looking for a good place to come back to it. The owner, Stylvia, who is also a very professional and happy to explain everything woman recommend me their eye lash stylist, Kate. I've done my eleyleshas with her two times now and will be coming back for more! "I booked an appointment here from abroad 2 months prior to the appointment. I was only in London for an event that evening. I took 9 photos with me with TWO OPTIONS saying to the hairdresser on showing her the two styles, ( one simple beachy waves and one literally dead straight) “do whichever one of these styles you feel you can best achieve” I also asked for about a 1cm trim. I wish I could post pictures here of the end result, I took them 2 minutes after leaving the salon. It took nearly an hour and a half for my 1cm trim and another hour to dry & style it. The hairdresser decided she would do the waves... alas, the waves turned out rather similar to a few rats tails and as flat as a pancake! If flat is your fortè, why not just pick the straight flat option I had on offer? By the time this entire process was finished, it was nearly time for my event that evening, otherwise if I had had the time I honestly would have sat there and insisted someone rectify my hair. Ironically, during our pre cut consultation we LITERALLY used the word “triangle” at least SIX times to describe the shape of hair cut I DID NOT WANT... alas, I now sport a short bob in a perfectly TRIANGULAR shape! I understand that the stylist didn’t speak much English, she did however have someone translating for her, clearly this message was... lost in translation. When paying, the disappointment on my face must have been rather visible, since I got given vouchers and discounted cards etc ... for “future use” I left the salon in a mad rush to TK Maxx where I purchased a GHD and rushed back to my hotel to straighten out the rats tails in a mad rush to get to my event! The visit to this salon cost me the price of the haircut, a GHD and now finding someone to rectify the TRIANGLE that sits on top of my head! You be the judge! Edit**** A month later, the salon contacted me after seeing my review and asked me to edit it if they gave my money back. I am very grateful that they have now refunded me the cost of the haircut and gave me an extra £4 too. I am very happy they did the right thing by doing so, so thank you Headhunters. It’s just unfortunate that they only reason they did so was because of my review. They said they will use this to help them learn. I wish them the best in doing so."
