"wish I could give a better rating! I bought a Groupon for a Hollywood - booking was easy, place was clean and staff were friendly. I only ever do hot wax but once I got there, they said I didn't mention this before and it would take 45 mins to heat it up so it wasn't possible. I agree that I didn't mention this.. but I also wish they asked me! either way, one of the girls spoke to me about doing normal strip wax - she assured me this was of the highest quality and that it's pain free and quick so I agreed! overall, it was fine. the process was quick and smooth. but the aftermath... the following day, I broke out in a severe rash and pimple like things all over. it lasted for about TEN days!! I've been doing Hollywood consistently for over 5 years now and never experienced any breakout like this before.. it was painful and uncomfortable. my guess is that it was the wax so I am disappointed and forced to leave this review!"
