"I actually called the salon to say that my bike had been stolen (have a police report to prove it) and that I would be 10 minutes late. She told me she has back to back and wouldn’t fit me in. Didn’t even offer to reschedule in good gesture. Even more disappointing by the fact my appointment had actually been scheduled a week earlier which I had made on time, only to show up and be turned away as I was required to get a patch test. Something the salon “forgot” to tell me. Zero care for my time, money or circumstances. Just a very poor attitude to customer service in this climate. I’ve reached out asking for a refund due to the circumstances and not to my surprise. I’ve heard nothing."

"Love this salon. Staff are really attentive and accommodating, the salon has a friend local feel. I’m very picky and my gel pedicure was perfect. Danjela kept asking me if I liked it as she went rather than only after, she made me feel comfortable and allowed me opportunities to make it any adjustments so it was exactly to my own preference. Excellent experience as always. I won’t go anywhere else."

"Very disappointing service from Alda. Extensions fell of after 12 days - and when I called the salon and asked for a free of charge removal, as clearly the service was faulty, they argued with me that it had been almost 4 weeks since my last appointment. I had my appointment on 7th of Jan and called the salon on 19th - it’s basic maths, 12 days I’d not even 2 weeks. The manager wasn’t helpful, saying they would still charge for removal - even though it was technician’s fault that my extensions haven’t lasted long enough, causing me pain. Clearly technicians in this salon are completely unaware of basic hygiene principles, if extensions are separating from the nail, the air and moisture can get in which then may cause infection. Unfortunately, the staff doesn’t care about it, they just want to charge you and make it look like it’s your fault. Shame, because I’ve been to this salon couple of times before and was very happy with the service. However, won’t be returning anymore"
