"This is a horrible place to get your hair cut. The hairdresser is incredibly under qualified and does not know how to cut hair in any capacity. I showed her a reference picture and verbally explained the hair cut multiple times to her and she failed to understand each time and cut my hair into a horrific style that was far from what I asked for, and too short and far gone for me to even be able to fix it else where. do not waste your time and money going here for a hair cut. They charged me £25 for a dry cut without a wash or dry for something I would consider a butchering not a haircut. Would not even recommend this place to someone I hate."

"I booked a haircut here because they had an option listed specifically for curly hair. If you have curly hair, you know how important that is! When I arrived, they didn't seem to know about my booking but one of woman that was there cut my hair anyway. It was obvious that she was not familiar with cutting or styling curly hair. The cut turned out ok I guess, but I was really hoping for more professional service all around."

"No frills beauty salon offering threading, manicures, etc at reasonable prices. Staff are efficient but not particularly friendly to new customers. I walked in for a threading appointment, and was just told to sit down - but no one communicated what was happening and who I was waiting for. Threading was reasonably priced at £7 but left me with some scarring (this is two days after - it is still quite swollen). My other eye has minor scarring too."
