"I am disappointed that I was not made aware of the price breakdown beforehand. My friend and I came here to get our nails done this evening. We saw the price on the entrance and decided that £35 for a full set is okay. My friend got infills and I got full set with an uncomplicated design. Fafa? (I think I heard her name was but I’m not 100% sure) displayed great customer service and her hand massage was good. This is the only reason I give this place 2 stars. The nails turned out quite pretty. Unfortunately when paying my friend got charged £38 for her infills and I got charged £50 for my “full set and design”. I would love to re-visit this place but I don’t believe these nails were worth that steep price hike. So I will not be returning and do not recommend. I will comment on how long they last. I think that I should have been warned about the price changes or whatever before hard. I have severe anxiety so I paid and left crying. I am now regretting my decision of not to further challenge this price."

"The team are very helpful & supportive for what you want, if they are not sure they don’t just say NO can’t o, they ask eachother. I was advised not to have acrylics as my nails are good, & will damage- I was given bio gel. As a presenter I have to have this last & Look good as hands on show a lot. I had a few ideas - & asked/shown them. They did a very creative design on my Christmas nail which was AMAZING ! Super friendly & comfortable salon x Video was 3 weeks after! Still looking good"

"I've never had a better manicure or pedicure than at O’love Nails. It was an incredible experience. My nails are meticulously cleaned and trimmed. She applied the colour to my nails properly, leaving no residue on my cuticle skin. And they also have plenty of colours. Best nails salon in Putney!"

"All of the staff are nice and friendly, they provide top-notch service. I've been getting shellac manicures at The Nail Lounge for about a year . And I've never had a bad experience and my nails are always well-shaped and beautiful. Amazing salon, incredibly clean, and the prices are very affordable. I had to wait a little bit sometimes, but it was worth it :D"
