"Out of all of the nail shops on the Fulham Palace road (and there are quite a few) this is the best one I have visited. The place is clean, the staff are friendly and communicate well. Helpful with colour choices to make sure you get exactly what you've asked for. I had a French shellac pedicure and its the best I've had in a very long time. The hot towels (that smell divine) are a nice luxury finish - I will definitely be back."

"I've been looking for a nail salon since moving to the area and saw how good the reviews were here and gave it a shot. I booked the appointment for 12 and got there right on time. The guy had asked me what I was there for and I told him that I booked a gel acrylic mani and a regular pedi. When I got there, they were understaffed and behind. I didn't mind too much but had to wait like 15 minutes. They sat me down and started. First, the guy who did my nails blew his nose and then immediately started working on my nails; he didn't wash his hands or use hand sanitizer before starting. Then halfway though, he coughed on my hands. Didn't apologize or anything. After he finished, he asked me if I wanted anything else done. He totally forgot about my pedicure but at this point there were already 4 people waiting for their appointments and 2 of them were pedicures so I just left. It wasn't until after I got home that I noticed 3 of my nails on my one hand are crooked. I won't be returning."
