"Had a 60 min groupon treatment, 30 min facial and 30 min back massage. The therapist was really professional and I enjoyed the experience. The facial was excellent, skin felt amazing. It was also quiet upstairs so it was relaxing during the treatment. Good Value for money and really lovely staff."

"The manager was extremely rude reprimanding my stylist in front of me after he wasn’t happy with the price she wanted to charge me for a blow dry. It made me feel uncomfortable and I believe the fee he wanted to charge me was unreasonable: £34 for a 20min only straightening on a 1inch under the shoulder hair length. I would only go back for my stylist who made a great job."

"One star because I cannot give less! I went to do acrylic removal (which I specifically said on the phone when I booked the appointment) and the nails technician starts complaining that it is not gel, giving me the impression she is not so experienced on acrylic. She starts removing it and I could feel it was hurting from the first finger she did. I kept telling her I was feeling pain (which is clearly not normal) and she didn't really change her way of doing it. Clearly she doesn't know how to be delicate and gentle, she kept drilling on the same spot making my nails feel very sensitive and red. She kept telling me it was because it was acrylic and not gel, I personally think she just didn't know how to do her job. You can see in the picture. I will never go again there, my nails are hurting and they look patchy and tattered. Absolutely do not recommend."
