"Went here for semi permanent tattoo hairstroke eyebrows. The fact that I actually received microblading shows the “beauticians” understanding of the service. I was not consulted about the shape or colour that was being used. There was no stencil or outline drawn for guidance. So, as expected, my eyebrows do not match or even follow my natural shape!! I have sent an email to the vendor & not received a reasonable form of resolution, I was however offered the top up, which I declined due to the initial experience. As this was purchased through groupon, I also reported this to them. judging by the responses on google, this would not be the first issue. Also I have to agree that the salon was filthy, the chair was not cleaned between the client before me (who was also unhappy with her service, should have taken that into account) When the salon got back to me, she confirmed I didn’t have the treatment I had paid for & offered no form of compensation, so just really disappointing."

"I have never ever been to such a dirty, messy salon EVER. I actually do not know how Felicity is qualified to train people in lash extensions when the people on the course were the ones telling her. She had no clue. The mannequins were so filthy we could not practice on them. I'm glad I only paid £29 for the course and not £250. I still think £29 was extortionate for the lack of hygiene, training and ethic . Myself and others will be complaining to guild of beauty,wowcher and anywhere else. We took many pictures to prove the state. This salon should not be open to the public .. Oh and a sunbed in the same room as a rotten toilet??"

"Me and my friend did an eyelash extension course here last week. It was great value for money and very informative. Because I was away the dates they had for the course they managed to squeeze us in, so we had a private class of sorts. Would definitely recommend, good for one day beauty courses"
