"If I could give this place a zero I would. I told the lady to do natural eyebrows and no shaping and she cut off a large chunk on my left eyebrow- and shaped them. I waited twenty mins for the appointment. Extremely bad !!!"

"I was left bleeding constantly after my wax. After viewing pictures i am left going to the hospital. I have extremely Annoyed and upset. I have never received such poor service and I have been going for years. Without me even know how bad it was I still paid £15 for a job that left me in hospital. I will be taking it further!"

"Communication could be alot better. The main lady Nisha is good at her job but needs to be more welcoming and patient with clients, not everyone is the same and politeness goes a long way. Also kind advice, to invest in better threading material and wax."

"POOR customer service - do not recommend at all!! The eyebrow lady was extremely rude, rough and grumpy with a poor attitude. She did not want to communicate or even interact to understand the request. Work was not even completed properly and when requesting something to be fixed, she reacted poorly. Extremely rough too (had my arms tossed and roughly grabbed when the service should be done in a gentle manner) and poor manners with no proper effort to perfect the eyebrows (still had loose, wild hairs). Work is completed half-arsed. Under arms were also left bleeding & not properly waxed well. Do not recommend - will never be returning."

"A good friend recommended the place to me as she has been going there for a decade. I went in yesterday to get my eyelashes done and it was great service. Quick and straight to the point and honest pricing for such a fantastic service. Don't bother going there if you're looking for something fancy and modern - this place is more focused on doing a great service at a very decent price, no frills and thrills. Loved it here and will no doubt become a regular"
