"So I checked this place out cos I thought let me treat myself as one should. This was first and last time ever I would be going here. Why you ask? Well first the rude admin staff asking if I wanted my eyebrows done. I looked at her in disbelief and said no I’m here to get my nails done. Secound I came early thinking I would be seen earlier. Oh boy was I wrong. I had the nail artist she was good till she was forced to rush it by the admin staff. And then less than a few days later my nail popped off which was unfortuate. I went to get my nail fixed and then I don’t know what happened. Nail artist seem like in a bad mood or something but it completely turned out thinner than the usual one. I would of rather she used the old one than make a whole completely new one it was such a joke. Here are the nails photo to prove it. Utter rubbish I won’t be coming back here again. Already looking for a new salon. Update this place is clearly terrible even from the response below. My nails popped off again and bleed so much I had to go to A and E. Especially with their reply below avoid this place at all costs."
