"I have had 7 appointments with Ammit now for a hip injury from running and also an arm injury from a ski incident . He is always very friendly and accommodating with changing my appointments to suit me. Although the injuries haven’t healed yet (the treatment had to be suspended due to lockdown )he has given me lots of hands on treatment and a variety of exercises to try and improve the injury. Hopefully I will be able to write another review on here when I am fully recovered."
"Ammit is super professional, he's able to quickly make you at ease and identify the muscle groups that are causing problems quickly, Ammit always recommends exercises which are spot on to deal with pain and limitations. Ammit always impresses me with how he looks at the problem areas in a holistic way, taking into account movement patterns and the impact of stress and giving a solution to address these. Face to face he's excellent at manipulation, virtually he's able to identify and recommend exercises and always follows these up to see how you are getting on and progress you.
