"Been trying to get an appointment booked for the past 4 weeks to no avail, it's terrible, I tried to walk in to the clinic to learn that you can only be seen to by booking an appointment via telephone, which is a joke within itself as they never answer their phone line and it's always an automated message! Seems I'm not the only one either, it's almost like leeds NHS service WANTS people to become INFERTILE... sti/utis have to be a really big issue at the moment It was never this hard to get an appointment in 2010's so I can't understand why it has been made so difficult."
