"STAY AWAY! TERRIBLE COMPANY WILL NOT RETURN CALLS OR YOUR MONEY!"
"All I wanted was a verbal confirmation that my issues with my washing machine would be resolved, instead I was lied to and told to call a different branch. Only to then be told to phone the original branch which told me they don't deal with my property and I needed to ring the other branch. The representative that initially lied to me then refused to answer the phone for over half an hour, had to ring back the other branch to express my frustration and to get the original branch to stop ignoring my phone calls and to contact me. They called me back and told me they did not tell me that they do not manage my property, which was again... another lie. Now they are trying to call me the liar? After all of this I still have had no confirmation that my issues will be resolved or when. Terrible customer service!"
