Not only is he professional, but kind caring and compassionate. "As a dentist phobic it took a problem with my teeth to source another dentist locally as I had become persona non grata at my previous one for not attending for more then three years! What they omitted to think about was the genuine fear I have of dentistry. Having contacted people for recommendations including nhs direct I ended up going to the nearest one to my home. I saw Mr Vikash Patel BDS for the first time last week and found him to be professional charming and kind, accepting my fear. He talked me through everything he was going to do in ‘real time’ and was constantly reassuring. Today I had my follow up appointment and the dreaded treatment which wasn’t easy for him either as I was petrified and moved on the odd occasion. I was 45 minutes in the chair and during that time he constantly reassured and asked if I was okay. He did a great job! I am so grateful to him and the dental nurse assisting, as they worked as a team, with him calmly setting direction. They deserve praise and I highly recommend them to people locally. Thank you Mr Patel I did not hesitate to book my 6 month check up on my way out."
