"Just want to say this is the best dental experience I have ever had. I’ve never been offered mild sedation before and as someone who usually gets very anxious and stressed at the dentist I can honestly say this was a great experience I would recommend this practice to everyone. I was in and out in 15 minutes. The sedation specialist was very good and putting in the butterfly cannula and I’ve had a very good and uneventful recovery. The minute I stepped through the door everyone also made me feel at ease! So thank you everyone (posting from different account but please send my regards to everyone - Sonja)"
"I'm writing this for my Mum who took my Uncle here last week. The dentist and the receptionists were really friendly and helpful making you feel like a valued patient. The ladies were also very helpful on the telephone which was really nice."
"I visited the practice for a wisdom tooth extraction. I had pain and on/ off infections for the best part of a year before being referred to the practice. Once I received my text confirmation with a designated appointment I completed all the necessary paperwork and arranged my personal logistics (taking the day off work, asking someone to accompany me and drive me to the appointment etc) to ensure it went smoothly. A few days before the appointment I received a text notification that my appointment was cancelled and that I needed to get in touch with the practice to reschedule. I completely understand that sometimes these things happen in unforeseen circumstances but also was keen to get booked in again at the soonest opportunity as I was in discomfort. I thought it'd be a simple phone call with the receptionists and literally a case of rescheduling for another date. I can honestly say I've never spoken to receptionists so rude and unempathetic to a situation. They were immediately defensive (no need to be, yes it was an inconvenience to reschedule but I didn't really mind as I say, these things happen), I was met with lots of sighs when trying to reschedule the date (I have a full time job and so does the person who is accompanying me so we can't drop everything in an instance unfortunately) and honestly when they left me on hold for a long period of time I think they were just hoping I'd go away and hang up. I know people have bad days, but the treatment I received over the phone was beyond unreasonable, and also SO unnecessary! I know they must deal with some difficult people but I was absolutely not one of them. It left me so so anxious to have any further contact with them. On the day, thankfully the only contact I had with them was to confirm my information and make payment. They were not friendly or warm in person. I would rate my experience with them 0 stars if it were an option. However, the gentleman and his assistant nurse that did my extraction couldn't have been lovelier and redeemed the whole experience. They made sure I was calm and reassured before receiving the anaesthetic and the actual operation was over with quickly. Thankfully I've had no issues with it since and I couldn't be more grateful."
"Generally pretty good but our dentist is constantly taking time off sick! Was booked in for emergency treatment they’ve cancelled it and have no other appointments because they don’t know how long she will be off for. I’ve now had to pay for private to get it sorted urgently."
