"Horrible customer service from a lady in particular. I went around 3.31 pm on a Saturday so whoever was at the for front on the till at that time needs to fix her attitude. It’s horrible."
"Good starbucks, clean and well presented and a nice vibe. The coffee drinks were good and the staff were really nice and friendly. The only reason that this isn't a 5* is because the toilets were a bit small and not well laid out inside making the sink difficult to use and the furniture was well worn and could do with replacing. "The quality of the drinks can vary depending on which Starbucks you visit, but I found this one to be very good. Staff were friendly, drinks were made quickly and the café was clean. There's a fairly nice seating area outside, but, while it's not tiny, it's a little more open-plan and there is less room than some larger Starbucks that have lots of space upstairs. Excellent for takeaway, and fine for a short 10 minute sit inside but perhaps a little loud and busy with a regular stream of people coming in and out if you're looking for somewhere to sit for longer time or to do some work."
