"Order arrived promptly- forgot to order stuffed crust for my online order and phoned them - they added it for free - good people - will use again"

"ordered tots with vegan cheese and they sent jalapeno poppers. ordered a vegan pizza and came with (actual) pepperoni and ham. sure maybe it's my fault for being a vegan but these donkeys have messed up my order so many times and it's starting to get annoying lol. I miss the old papa johns, the papa johns who didn't try to tempt me into breaking veg life."

"Ordered a take away for delivery. They said it was delivered and we called to inform them it hadn't been delivered; they didn't answer the call. We drove there to be told the pizza had left 10mins after we got there by someone who was obviously part of the management but pretended to be a delivery driver. The pizza arrived cold at home whilst we were there 50 minutes after they said it was delivered. The place was shocking when it came to messing up orders, as there were other people there who's orders had been messed up too. They made us a fresh pizza there but we had to wait a further 20 minutes for the order. Will not giving them my custom again."

"Terrible service! They brought the wrong pizza after waiting 1 and a half hours. Then when the pizza arrived after 2 hours. I phoned to complain I was put on hold for 20 mins. Very nice hold music but a very unhelpful man."

"Ordered on a Monday night, 1h 44m for two pizzas to be delivered, and they only arrived after I chased them after 1h 30m. Their own app said they were finished cooking almost an hour before they were delivered, so no surprise when they were cold on arrival. When I chased them and mentioned they would be cold by now, they said to call if they were cold, but I couldn't be bothered as it was easier to reheat them myself than wait even longer for my food. Toppings were also really stingy, compared to previous orders. This used to be my go to takeaway, but after this I will avoid like the plague."
