"Absolutely disgusting!!! Terrible communication and the worst language barrier I’ve ever known! Have no idea why they have someone answer the phone who doesn’t understand a word of English! Was told half an hour and waited over an hour for the food to arrive, when we called to see where the order was the man with terrible English was rude, only seemed to answer with ‘hmmm’ and just put the phone down on us. The pizza eventually arrived and was cold! Didn’t taste fresh at all. Chips were cold! Been using appetiser for over 10 years and certainly won’t be using again! Horrendous!"
