"Made an order on uber eats it got accepted after 1 hour and a half of waiting I rang up the Take away to be told his uber eats ipad is broken so he hadn't even seen my order nevermind began it my wife had work in the morning so I had to cancel the order but still got charged. SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!"

( the food was cold) when I asked about the missing item the guy said the order was dealt with by his brother he was crazy!! He said I have to wait another hour for that. This is what we get when we pay for food which includes the service fee, and delivery fee. Worst service ever. There is no tracking service for the delivery at all. when we need an update we have to call them more than 5 times. Not customer friendly. There standard is obvious from the way they talk to customers on the phone when we complain about something."
