"Ordered thorough food hub 30min passed and had no confirmation of the order. Rang up and they tried saying that foodhub has cancelled it and we should take it up with foodhub. The person on the food was really blunt and rude. As we was on the phone to Palermo they cancelled it as we got the notification whilst on the phone (obviously just never accepted it) and not foodhub cancelling it as he tried saying. So no food the last bit of our money gone for 3-5 days lying to us and awful customer service. Do yourself a favour and avoid this joke of a takeaway!"

However I left a review about this and the restaurant took it upon themselves to bring out some free food and some vouchers for my next order and this food was lovely very happy brilliant customer service.
