"Have ordered food from kings castle & its always been really good. Very nicely packaged & the blue & pink colours really brighten up your day. Gives it a bit of an american feel to it. Love the blue mystery drink you can get with the meals the burgers & the loaded fries are so good too. The waffles are really good & just right for a nice dessert to finish off a meal. Always one of my fave places to order food from & enjoy at home"
"Been here a couple of times now and been disappointed with the customer service experience. The food is pretty good here, hence my return but I have to grit my teeth and the younger aged people stood behind the counter have conversations about there life whilst the food ordered is sat on the counter waiting to be handed over. A bit of professional behaviour or some sort of management would make this a better experience."
"Really loved the look and vibe of this place... cool decoration ... in vogue with the Anerican theme... burgers had classic yank names.. Real American diner experience... clean bright and airy ... reminded me of Archies in Manchester. Prices are bit dearer than your regular burger places, however the food was excellent. Service was quick with friendly staff. Had a full size car with a built in eating booth! Being on Darwen Street, parking is always an issue as its all pay and display . Lucky to find parking just outside the place, however there is ample parking (again pay and display) around the corner. Overall, great place to eat if your into the whole American diner experience."
"Only bought from here due to the Uber Eats offer they had on. Otherwise for their normal price the food does not meet the level I'd expect. The burger was built well, meat was well cooked, it was ok but the taste wasn't overly special. Chips were just OK. Pizza was alright, would order it again. Drinks were something different from usual cans of Pepsi but yeah were nice."
"The food was amazing. Burger had a slight kick to it but still amazing. The milkshake machine was down so they give me free water while they were fixing it. The staff definitely know how to address customers with vulnerability. 5 stars isn't enough for this place."
