Papa Johns Pizza

"When I go visit some friends by Richmond, we sometimes order some pizzas from this Papa John's. Great quality coming out of this establishment. They recently renewed the store as well, it looks great. But do take my reciew with a grain of salt, since Papa John's is my favoured fast pizza venue when compared to Dominoes and the likes!"

"Ordered from this branch before and never had a problem with their pizza but ordered last night and the reason for the three stars is the pizza was terrible. The pizza has arrived squashed as if the driver was holding the pizza bag vertically. Pizza boxes are meant to remain flat! I called up the store and spoke with the manager who was very apologetic and agreed to send us two new pizzas but as we had already waited I asked if he could give us something for next time which he agreed. In most cases I'd have been fine with the outcome but to then eat the pizza and find out its not been fully cooked! The dough was raw and it was heavy. A pizza slice is usually only heavy when it's still raw or loaded with toppings! meaning there is still too much moisture in the dough. Really dissapointed will be emailing head office."

"I like Papa John's pies. They taste great to me. This location, however, is the worst Papa John's location I have ever ordered from and I order from a lot. They are consistently either not ready with my pizza after 30 minutes or I arrive and the pizza is sitting there in the cold and they tell me they haven't cooked my sides yet (30 minutes after) and I'll have to wait another 5 minutes. Happens every single time. This Papa John's is the worst Papa John's."

"It’s delicious each time. Helpful and effective staff both when delivering or collecting. I tried another Papa John’s at friend’s place SE London. Pizza didn’t taste as good as it does here and on both occasions they made mistakes. I’m very happy with East Sheen branch."
