"Just "signed off" by the clinic having first hobbled in earlier this year with a lot of back and leg pain due to sciatica. Really good experience of physio combined with home exercises and sound advice with regards to changing my otherwise sedentary lifestyle. In addition to the regular physio sessions, I was able to ring in if ever there were any issues between appointment. When my improvement plateaued at one time they contacted my GP with regards to some prescribed pain relief. Hopefully I will not have need of physio in the future, but if do I will be back here!"

I've been coming on and off since November 2020 due to a recurring back problem and they are always able to fit me in for last minute appointments and fix me up after I've been sat at a desk for 15 hours a day and caused my back to flare up!
