"A few sessions in and I’m so happy with my laser results! Absolutely pain free, I have had this particular consultant 2 times now (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name!) and will be asking for her again, she was super friendly, was checking I was ok throughout and made it a really nice and pleasant experience. Unfortunately I didn’t get the same customer service from the reception staff tonight. There was a slight miscommunication and I felt the receptionist was quite abrupt about it. Every other time has been spot on and very professional, so I’m guessing I just caught her on an off day, but I felt it was a little unprofessional I have to say!"

"Wow what a difference a location can make. Went here today for an Emsella service. Was greeted by a lovely young lady who had me do my forms. She was kind. Was even taken early which can’t always happen but did today. Diana was professional and guided me to proper placement and wanted to make sure I got the most for my treatment. Was free to pay when completed. There was some confusion about if they took American Express but they did and card went through. Clean and bright and modern machines and technology. I would visit them again and suggest them for your beauty needs!"
