Asked to pay before the treatment to speed things up, which was fine but I was only spoken nicely to then for payment. Had to go back to reception to get advice on my tan because I didn't get the opportunity to ask any questions before the beautician left. Only giving 3 stars because the woman at the reception was so friendly."
