"New girl did my eyebrows and cut me with the thread. Her reaction: “oops!”. It stung a bit and she applied a lot pressure with the soothing gel so I only realised i was badly hurt and bleeding when I reached home. I was charged the full amount to look like this. Given the extent of my injuries i would have expected an apology from her and not be charged for this on the day. I went back again to complain to the manager and she didn't seem bothered. I thought their attitude was quite dishonest and unprofessional. Not using them again."
