"Poor, Rude and degraded customer service. I'm corporate client and the guy at reception behave in a way he is owner of this kwikfit, infact I was shown exit door when I gestured to sit down to make some calls for appointment. They pretend very busy and didn't give me an appointment for tyre check?? I got walk in appointment at Chelsea Kwik fit at par customer service and they done my tyres within an hour even they were busy with all top end cars like ferrari etc. This place always stinky and stingy at every visit, can Kwikfit change the management?"

"Despite being Man United fans, they were very nice and helpful people. The staff were polite and provided a brilliant service that got us back on the road in no time. 10/10 would recommend!"

"My issue was that i had needed replacement wheel bearings on my car but no garage could get me in on same day as I needed the car for work next day. Sat (the manager) was brilliant...he squashed me in and gave me a reasonable price for the job. Pretty much all sorted in 6 hours including the challenge he faced getting the old bearings off. Very impressed with how Sat and team kept me updated and the final result. Definitely will be back."

"Went here for my MOT and it was very kwik, and I got a selection of times. Other places I’ve had to drop my car off in the morning and wait for them to get in touch, but I picked my time slot and was told it’d be done in an hour (which they surpassed!). Thankfully it passed, but that means I can’t give any info on the other services they provide. But I’m very happy with the service for my MOT. And the person I spoke to on reception also gave me a suggestion of which coffee shop to go to while I waited :)"
